Welcome to join us for an exciting chili course! Christian Gibson is South African and a gardener specialized in growing chilies in Finland. During the course we will learn how to grow chilies from seed to fruit. An introduction on how to grow chilies and cultivate the chilies in Finland. We will have a chili tasting and learn how to cook with different chili varieties. The food will be inspired by South African food with a Nordic twist.
